For the past five years, I’ve proudly served on the Small Business Team, working closely with small businesses and community organizations to provide free tools, resources, and guidance to help create safer workplaces.

Miki Ackermann (Founder and Principal Consultant, Culture & Talent Works). I have over 20 years of experience in HR and Organizational Development (OD) acting as a Strategic Partner to leaders on things people, talent, development, culture, and more. My focus over the last 3 years of has been on small-medium sized businesses, and I’ve been honoured to work closely with business owners throughout Canada and the US to help them implement practical HR and OD plans that allow businesses to grow with purpose.
