ECC Mastermind Group
NEW: ECC Mastermind Group – This Spring!
April 8, May 12, June 9
12:00 to 1:30 pm at Rural Commons
Â
What is a Mastermind Group? It is a gathering of business owners and entrepreneurs who meet to learn from and support each other. The group’s shared goals and experiences can help members solve problems and achieve success.
Â
How do mastermind groups work?
Â
✅Members share their ideas, experiences, and stories
Â
✅Members provide advice and input to help each other solve problems
Â
✅Members hold each other accountable to their goals
Â
✅ Members benefit from the collective knowledge and experience of the groupÂ
Â
What is the agenda?
Â
The 90 minutes will be divided equally amongst each participant in a facilitated, productive discussion. In their time slot, the participant introduces themselves and a current challenge they are facing in their business. The other participants then contribute to the discussion to help solve the challenge. When the time for that participant is up, a bell rings, and the next participant begins their introduction. This continues until all participants have had a turn. You can attend all three sessions, or just the one(s) that fit your schedule.
Â
Spring Mastermind sessions will be facilitated by ECC Board member Sarah Kinlin.Â
